How to Use Down To Earth Citrus Mix 6-3-3*

Follow these growing tips to use Down To Earth Citrus Mix 6-3-3 with confidence.

• Citrus Trees: New trees – mix 1 cup with the back fill soil from the transplant hole. Fill the hole and around the tree with the amended soil. Water thoroughly. Trees that are 1 to 2 years old only need half this amount. Established trees – mix 1 cup per 1″ of trunk diameter; spread around the base of the tree and out to the drip line. Water well. To increase fruit production of mature, fruit-bearing trees, spray the leaves with a liquid fertilizer throughout the growing season.
• Container Gardens and Houseplants: New plantings – thoroughly mix into the soil 1/2 cup per cubic foot of soil. Established citrus trees – approximately 4 to 6 times throughout the year, apply 2 to 4 tablespoons per gallon of soil.
