• Vegetable Gardens and Flower Beds: For new gardens, thoroughly mix 1 to 2 pounds per 100 square feet into the top 3″ of soil. For new transplants, mix 1 tablespoon per transplant hole and water thoroughly.
• Container Gardens: Thoroughly mix 1 to 2 pounds per gallon to the soil of new plants. Established plants prefer 1 to 2 pounds per gallon lightly mixed into the soil surface. Apply monthly during growing season.
• Lawns: Mix 10 pounds per 1,000 square feet into the top 3″ of new lawn soil before planting seeds or applying turf. Apply 10 pounds per 1,000 square feet of established lawn at the beginning of the dry season and again towards the beginning of the rainy season.
• Row Crops: Both before planting and after harvest, apply 75 to 100 pounds per acre of soil. All crops can benefit from Down to Earn Granular Humic Acids.
