How to Use Down To Earth Bio-Fish 7-7-2*

Follow these growing tips to use Down To Earth Bio-Fish 7-7-2 with confidence.

• Vegetable Gardens and Flower Beds: New gardens – thoroughly mix 5 pounds per 100 square feet into the top 3″ of garden soil. New transplants – Mix into the back fill soil 1/4 cup per hole, fill the hole and around the plant. Water well. Established plants – once a month during the growing season, side dress with 1/4 to 1/2 cup per plant depending on the size of the plant and preferred growth rate.
• Outdoor Container Gardens: New plantings – thoroughly mix 2 tablespoons per gallon of soil or 5 to 10 pounds per cubic yard. Established plants – twice a month during the growing season, lightly mix 1 to 2 tablespoons per gallon into the soil surface.
• Trees: New trees – mix 1 to 2 cups with the back fill soil from the transplant hole, fill the hole and around the tree with the amended soil, and water thoroughly. Established trees – mix into the soil surface and spread 1 pound per 2″ of trunk diameter around the tree base and out to the drip line (the area located under the outer circumference of the tree’s branches).
• Row Crops: Depending on the specific needs of the crop and the nutrient needs of the soil (determined by a soil test), apply 500 to 1,000 pounds per acre.
